Procedures with the aim of improving the quality of service and full effectiveness are being implemented. Therefore the following guide for reporting irregularities in baggage handling was created
If there´s an irregularity during checked bag transportation (bags with a foliated bag tag issued by TAR) a report should be filed.
Those irregularities may be:
NOTE: For each case, there are limits of responsibility.
Passenger must present the baggage report at the airport within 24 hours of arrival time.
If you didn't file a report at the airport you can contact our call center at your airport arrival within 24 hours of arrival.
Passenger must present the baggage report within seven days of arrival.
These reports must be filled when an irregularity is presented during not checked in baggage transportation, when the report is not sent at the specified time, and when items outside our limits of liability are transported; therefore it does not imply any responsibility for the company.
These are treated with the same importance as other reports, however in these cases there will not be a written report or compensation delivered to the passenger.
