La expedición del Boleto y la Clave de Confirmación, son prueba plena de la contratación del servicio y de la aceptación de todos los términos y condiciones establecidos en este contrato, así como de las condiciones específicas del servicio contratado, tales como la fecha del vuelo, el horario, el origen y el destino del mismo. Los servicios de transportación aérea contratados con la TAR Aerolíneas, tendrán vigencia de un año calendario.
Los horarios de los vuelos serán publicados y/o establecidos conforme al formato de veinticuatro (24) horas, computándose a partir de las 00:00 hrs., y hasta las 23:59 hrs., siendo responsabilidad del pasajero presentarse para su documentación y abordaje en forma oportuna, atendiendo a los tiempos de anticipación que le sean indicados.
Los impuestos, derechos y otros cargos que impongan los gobiernos federal, estatal o municipal, en sus correspondientes ámbitos de atribuciones, las autoridades o los operadores de los aeropuertos, en relación con el vuelo respectivo, correrán a cargo del Pasajero, quien deberá pagarlos íntegramente junto con la Tarifa respectiva.
Carrier reserves the right to set public Rates for each of the routes or flights operated, as well as to modify them, at any time and without prior notice.
All Rates are non-refundable.
Air transportation services provided by Carrier are "one-way flights" exclusively, so that no service should be considered as "round-trip", "connecting flight" or "transfer flight" or baggage to other flights.
Passenger shall have the right to make a change in date, provided that it is at least 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance of the flight departure time corresponding to the service originally contracted, and whenever there is availability in the new flight intended by Passenger. In the case of date changes, passenger must pay any applicable charges that Carrier has for pre-established changes, as well as the difference between the rate paid and the rate in force at the time of such change.

Passenger must present his/her Ticket or Confirmation Code, as well as an official ID with photograph to Carrier's personnel, without which baggage cannot be documented nor the corresponding Boarding Pass issued.

This will be subject to availability at the time of contracting the service, documenting or boarding the aircraft. Assignment can be confirmed or modified freely by Carrier, considering operational, security or specific needs issues at the time of flight.
It is composed of 1 piece whose weight should not exceed 25 kilograms and dimension is not greater than 158 linear centimeters.
When a Passenger's Checked Baggage exceeds the permitted weight or volume limit, Carrier will reserve the right to transport it based on available of aircraft. If so, passenger must pay the corresponding charge, according to applicable rates.
QIt is prohibited to transport any of the following items in Documented Baggage:
Objects likely to endanger the safety of aircraft, persons or property on board, in accordance with Civil Aviation Law and its Regulations, domestic and international air regulations, and in manuals and conditions of Carrier, which include but are not limited to:
Objects that, at Carrier’s discretion, could be dangerous or unsafe for the operation due to weight, size or shape, for which Carrier must consider, among other things, the type of aircraft used and if they are not conveniently packed.
Firearms or ammunition. If Carrier, in its absolute discretion, agrees to transport firearms or ammunition, transportation will be subject to Civil Aviation Law and its Regulations, this contract and manuals of Carrier, which indicate, among other requirements, that they must be transported unloaded, locked, conveniently packed, in the cargo compartment and have the corresponding permission from authorities for transportation. In any case, it will be prohibited to transport more than 5 kilograms of ammunition, per passenger.
Fragile or perishable objects, money, jewelry, works of art, precious metals, silverware, securities and any other valuable item, such as expensive clothing, optical or electronic devices, televisions, computers, cameras and video cameras, emitting devices of radio frequencies, business documents, negotiable securities, passports, samples and actions. Carrier will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage thereon.
All baggage must be checked to verify its contents. Such review may be done manually and always in the presence of Passenger, or baggage may be checked by electronic means and in such case with no need of passenger. In the event that Carrier has reason to presume that Passenger may be carrying with him/her, or in his/her baggage, prohibited articles or that could be constituting a crime, competent authorities will be advised so that they proceed as appropriate.
Passenger must pick up his/her Documented Baggage as soon as it is available at destination, with the slip provided by Carrier.
Each Passenger has the right to carry on two (2) pieces of baggage, whose weight, as a whole, does not exceed 10 kilograms, not larger than: 15 x 25 x 43 cm. Carrier reserves the right to deny transport in the passenger cabin of any baggage that could jeopardize the safety of flight or the comfort of other passengers.
Carry-on inside the cabin must fit in the closed storage compartment available inside the cabin for such purpose
In addition to items prohibited in checked baggage, it is forbidden to carry balloons, balls or inflated balls, fishing poles, rain sticks, spears, darts, clubs, household tools, surgical or cutting instruments, glass, mirrors and any other item that, in opinion of Carrier, represents a danger to Passengers, crew or aircraft.
Carrier reserves the exclusive right to transport or refuse the transport of animals. If applicable, this will be subject to applicable laws and procedure manuals of Carrier, as well as to conditions established in Passenger Air Transport Services Contract of Carrier.
Carrier reserves the exclusive right to transport or refuse the transport of musical instruments. If applicable, this will be subject to Carrier's procedure manuals, as well as to conditions established in Passenger Air Transport Services Contract of Carrier.
Ashes will be allowed under the absolute responsibility of Passenger and whenever they are carried with them in the passenger cabin in an airtight container, suitable for that purpose, and that Carry-on conditions are fulfilled. In addition, Passenger will be required to present the corresponding cremation certificate.
This is subject to the following conditions:
Carrier can transport minors between the ages of 5 (five) years and up to 18 (eighteen) years minus 1 (one) day of age, traveling alone, as long as any Parent, who exercise parental authority or who has custody over the minor, request Carrier to transport the minor, expressly stating his/her authorization in writing, by filling out and signing the form available to all passengers in documentation counters.
This form must be signed and delivered to Carrier personnel at the time of documenting such minor, and the name of the person who will be waiting at destination must be also specified. This person must identify himself/herself with Carrier personnel. The responsibility assumed by Carrier in accordance with the aforementioned Law and Regulations will cease at the moment in which minor is handed over to the person who will be responsible for him/her, at destination. Carrier will not be obliged to verify the quality of those who sign the authorization letter, being released of any responsibility.
If minor to be transferred suffers from an illness or is affected by any condition that requires specialized attention before, during or after the flight and this is of Carrier’s knowledge, Carrier reserves the right to proceed with such transfer. According to operating guidelines, Carrier may fix the number of minors that can be transported without the assistance of an adult.
Transportation of minors traveling in the company of an adult will comply with the following rules:
Carrier reserves the right to transport infants under 7 (seven) days of age. At its absolute discretion, Carrier may provide service as long as the trip originates by medical prescription granted in writing by an authorized professional and parents of said infant subscribe with Carrier the waiver form provided for that purpose. The corresponding medical certificate must be presented in original or certified copy.
Carrier may request at any time proof of age, without which service may be refused.
This will be subject to provisions of Passenger Air Transport Services Contract of Carrier and must anticipate such condition from the purchase of ticket.
Carrier reserves the right to refuse services contracted when Passenger refrains from providing its Confirmation Code or to present the Ticket to Carrier personnel.
Both at the time of documenting and when boarding the aircraft, Passengers (of legal age) must present to Carrier personnel an original official valid ID with a photograph.
Passenger must comply with travel requirements established by government authorities. It must arrive well in advance to complete any required documentation procedure.
Every Passenger who hires Carrier must provide the name and telephone number of a person who serves as a contact. This information will remain in Carrier system until the flight segment has been covered and will be destroyed by Carrier after arrival. If this is not met prior to boarding, Carrier may deny such service, without any responsibility nor obligation to transfer such Passenger at a later date, nor to compensate, return or reimburse the cost of service.
Passenger must observe, respect, carry out and allow security measures stated in airport and Carrier rules or applicable laws and regulations, such as revision and weight of baggage or revision of documentation, both by authorities, as well as by airport or Carrier personnel, depending on the case.
For security reasons, Carrier shall prohibit or limit the use of electronic equipment on board the aircraft, including cell phones, laptops (including notebooks, smart books or similar devices), portable printers and recorders, compact disc players or cassettes, radios or other portable music players (mp3, mp4 or similar), electronic games or transmitting/receiving devices, e-book readers, toys controlled by radio and walkie-talkies. The use of hearing aids is allowed to people with hearing impairment, pacemakers and other implanted medical devices.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the aircraft.
Without prejudice to the other cases established herein, Carrier reserves the right to deny the transportation service to those passengers stated in the Passenger Air Transport Services Contract of Carrier.
The simultaneous acquisition of electronic tickets for a number greater than 9 (nine) passengers must be made through the department or area assigned by Carrier for that purpose..
Any Passenger whose conduct during the flight, in the judgment of crew, endangers the safety of passengers, crew, aircraft or puts the operation of flight at risk, hinders the performance of crew in the performance of their duties or follows not the instructions of said crew, including, but not limited to, instructions regarding the prohibition of smoking or consumption of alcohol or drugs, the use of cell phones or laptops; causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to other passengers or crew; makes threats or insults to other Passengers or to crew; and/or that behaves in a scandalous or offensive manner towards the rest of Passengers or crew.
In any of the above cases, Carrier may take the measures it deems necessary to prevent the continuity of such behavior, including the decision to disembark such disruptive passenger at a point other than and immediately closer to destination, as well as to place it at disposition of the competent authorities and to a lawsuit.
